COACHING

If the mask you wear feels too heavy, this is where you take it off.

WELCOME TO INCLUSIVE, EQUITY-DRIVEN, SHAME-CRUSHING COACHING THAT CENTERS YOUR TRUTH, HONORS YOUR LIVED EXPERIENCE, AND CALLS BULLSHIT ON THE SHAME THAT’S BEEN RUNNING THE SHOW.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SHAME RUNS THE SHOW

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SHAME RUNS THE SHOW

Shame doesn’t usually yell—it whispers.

It keeps you apologizing for what you’ve already owned.

It convinces you that you deserve to play small.

It tells you that visibility is too risky.

And just like that, you’re shrinking in rooms you were meant to own.

You’re filtering your brilliance.

You’re building businesses, teams, and your life around what feels safe.

You’re not leading from power.

You’re leading from self-protection, shame, and imposter syndrome.

And it’s costing you more than you realize.

Does this sound familiar?

You apologize for things you didn’t do wrong.

You say ‘yes’ to projects that drain you and that you know shouldn’t be priority.

You over-explain, overcompensate, and over-function—until you’re burnt out and bitter.

You explain every boundary like you’re on trial.

You downplay your wins before anyone can challenge them.

You work twice as hard to prove you’re not ‘coasting’.

You delay launches until it’s ‘perfect’—and then never launch at all.

You make decisions based on who’ll be the least upset—not what’s most aligned.

You shrink in rooms you used to own because you believe you still owe that to everyone.

You preface bold ideas with disclaimers to soften the impact.

You wait for others to validate your instincts before you move.

You hide the parts of your story that feel too raw, too complicated, too ‘unprofessional.’

This isn’t leadership. This is survival. And it’s time to lead from something bigger.

Starting coaching can feel vulnerable–especially if you’ve never had a space that felt safe before.

No two coaching journeys are the same, but here’s what you can expect when you begin with me:

WHAT TO EXPECT

working with me

A coach who sees you not just as a client, but as a full person with history, context, and complexity.

Space held for your whole truth—especially the parts you’ve been hiding—without having to perform.

High energy, high honesty, and zero tolerance for shame-led leadership.

A space that welcomes your laughter, your grief, your rage, your confusion—all of it.

Honest, but compassionate, reflections that invite insight—not shame.

Full-body reclamation—not performative ‘empowerment’.

Why me? Because I’ve lived it.

I know what it feels like to lead something powerful while secretly wondering if you’re a fraud.

I built a multi-million dollar business, led a team of 30+ people, and became a name in my industry—all while navigating the crushing weight of shame, visibility anxiety, and a constant fear of messing it all up. And when I did mess it up? Publicly? I had to rebuild not just my career, but my sense of self. That’s why this work isn’t theoretical for me. I don’t coach from a pedestal. I coach from the wreckage I crawled out of.

I’m not here to “fix” you—I’m here to help you remember who you were before the world told you to shrink.

As a former licensed therapist with a background in leadership, equity-driven business building, and trauma-informed practices, I blend fierce honesty with deep compassion and strategy. I work with entrepreneurs, executives, leaders, and disruptors who are tired of over-functioning, apologizing, hiding behind perfectionism, and playing small.

This isn’t mindset fluff—it’s real, grounded, gut-level coaching for people who are done waiting for permission to take up space.

I’ll help you lead like you belong in every room you enter—because now, you believe it.

WHAT COACHING IS (AND ISN’T)

individual coaching

Coaching at Unleashed Impact isn’t about being “fixed” or analyzed—it’s about being witnessed, supported, and deeply understood.

It’s not about pushing through pain, minimizing your story, or being handed a list of things to change.

It’s a space to slow down and exhale. A place to speak the things you’ve never said out loud, explore what you’ve carried, and feel what you need to feel—without judgment.

Here, coaching is a collaborative, compassionate process rooted in relationship and radical honesty. It’s a space where you can name what hurts, explore who you are, and imagine what healing might look like—without shame, without censorship, and without having to explain the basics of your identity.

THE PROCESS

THE PROCESS

You’ve led from survival long enough. This is where we shift into power.

Reflect.

We get brutally honest about what’s working, what’s not, and what’s been running the show behind the scenes.

Reclaim.

You take your voice, your clarity, and your leadership back—on your own terms.

Unleash Your Impact.

We co-create strategy and systems that support your evolution—not your performance.

& HOW IT WORKS

90-Minute Coaching Sessions

Session Rate:

$450

I didn’t land on 90-minute sessions by accident. I chose this model very intentionally—because I’ve done this work in 55-minute increments for years. As a formerly licensed therapist, I lived inside the constraints of the traditional therapy model. I know what it’s like to be 48 minutes into something real and raw... only to have to “wrap it up” and send someone back into their life with their guard half down and their shame half processed.

It taught me how often we force people to speed through their own healing. Real shifts need space, and I’m no longer willing to rush the process just to stay on schedule. When I stepped into coaching, and knew I was no longer constrained by the requirements of insurance companies, I promised myself I wouldn’t recreate that.

Shame work is layered. Visibility fears don’t dissolve in a quick reframe. Leadership identity isn’t something you can “tweak” in 45 minutes and call it progress. You need space. Space to let your nervous system settle. Space to go somewhere real. Space to say the thing you didn’t think you were going to say—and still have time to do something with it once it's out.

Why 90-minute sessions?

That’s not something I’m willing to rush. And I don’t think you should have to either.

Weekly for at least the first month isn’t just a preference—it’s part of the process.

You don’t need more grit. You don’t need another to-do list. You need a space that helps you stop performing long enough to hear yourself think.

Weekly sessions for at least the first month create the kind of rhythm high-functioning leaders rarely give themselves. A steady place to unravel, tell the truth, and rebuild from something other than shame and survival. This work is deep. You’re not here to play in the shallow end. You’re here to unlearn the patterns that have quietly shaped how you lead, show up, and move through the world.

When we meet weekly, we don’t lose momentum. We don’t backslide into burnout, stay stuck in spiral-mode, or get lost in the noise of your day-to-day. We stay with it. Long enough for something to actually shift—not just intellectually, but somatically. In how you show up. In how you lead. In what you start allowing yourself to want.

As a former licensed therapist, I watched too many people lose momentum, clarity, and progress in the gaps. So I built this coaching model differently—on purpose. Weekly is the cadence that supports transformation, not just reflection.

I don’t believe in dipping in and out of deep work.
I believe in holding it, walking with it, and staying long enough to change how it lives in you.

Weekly is what makes this sustainable—not performative.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?

FAQs

  • Nope. I’m not here to diagnose or treat anything. This is coaching—forward-focused, action-oriented, and rooted in radical honesty. If you need therapy, I can help you find the right fit.

  • We focus on the internal blocks that are keeping you from showing up fully—shame, imposter syndrome, visibility fears, people-pleasing, perfectionism. The goal isn’t to fix you. It’s to free you.

  • I ask that you commit to weekly sessions for the first month.

That rhythm helps us build momentum, safety, and clarity without losing ground between sessions.

This is deep, identity-level work—and it needs consistency, especially early on, to create traction and transformation.

From there, we can reassess what cadence supports your growth best.

  • This goes deeper. We don’t just reframe your thoughts—we dismantle the patterns and narratives driving them. This is emotional excavation meets bold strategy.
